Eric is a Colorado native, a Denver personal injury attorney, civil and criminal litigator, former felony prosecutor, and legal correspondent/media personality. He’s been featured more than 600 times on networks/programs including Fox News, Court TV, NewsNation, Crime Stories with Nancy Grace, Newsmax, Law & Crime, The New York Times, The Sun, The Guardian, and other outlets for legal and political analysis on national cases and current events. He’s also secured millions for injured victims.

Before becoming a Founding Partner of The Law Offices of Eric Faddis, he was a Founding Partner at Varner Faddis Elite Legal for seven years, where he handled 1000s of personal injury, premises liability, catastrophic injury, and traumatic brain injury claims, obtaining numerous six- and seven-figure settlements and helping to grow the business into a premier personal injury law firm. Prior to that, Eric was an attorney at the prestigious firm of Springer & Steinberg, where he managed criminal and civil matters and learned from one of the best trial attorneys in the nation, Harvey Steinberg. Before that, Eric served as Deputy District Attorney for Arapahoe County in both the felony and Special Victims units. There, he prosecuted 1000s of cases including First Degree Murder, Aggravated Robbery, high-level Drug Trafficking, Sex Assault, Domestic Violence, and DUIs. Alongside now-judge Jay Williford, Eric handled the publicized and successful prosecution and trial of John Bowlen, son of Broncos owner Pat Bowlen.

Eric also conducted semi-annual training for the Aurora Police Department instructing on the 5th, 6th, and 14th Amendments of the Constitution. Throughout his career, Eric has conducted 55 jury trials and 100+ hearings. Formerly, Eric worked for the Gang Unit in the Denver District Attorneys Office and was selected to serve as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Margie Enquist. At the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, Eric gained membership to the Phi Delta Phi honors fraternity, was appointed a supervisory position on the Law Review, and won “Best Overall Team” in the Student Trial Lawyers Association tournament. In 2022, Eric co-wrote, provided legislative testimony for, and helped pass the Rideshare Protection Act, which requires rideshare companies to provide up to $400,000.00 in protections for injured passengers and drivers. Eric’s article on Leveraging Media was published in Colorado Trial Lawyers publication Trial Talk. He has also guest lectured at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and presented to multiple organizations on personal injury law, training young lawyers to be there best.

Eric has done pro bono legal work for the Navajo Nation Supreme Court and volunteered as a judge for the Denver Urban Debate League and presenter for the Hate Crimes Education Task Force. Eric has been recognized by the National Trial Lawyers Association as one of the “Top 40 Under 40” attorneys in Colorado; has been selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star—an exclusive peer-evaluated list comprised of the top 5% of Colorado attorneys—for 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025; and has been honored by Best Lawyers in America One’s to Watch for 2025. Eric has hosted the annual winter conference for the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, Colorado’s largest plaintiffs attorneys organization, for several years in row. The lawyer rating platform AVVO awarded Eric the Avvo Client Choice Award with an Avvo Attorney Rating of 9.4.

When not in the courtroom or office, Eric enjoys lifting weights, reading philosophy, listening to punk rock, and playing guitar.
